Pure natural red radish pigment was extracted from fresh red radish by physical processing. The main ingredient anthocyanins. Radish red bright color, red to deep red, strong coloring power, soluble in water, with a slight radish unique smell, light and heat conditions are relatively stable. pH range from 2.0-8.0 to orange-red – pink – bright red – violet.

Radish Red can be widely used in flavoured beverages, beverages of fruit and vegetable  juice(pulp), semi-solid  compound seasonings, frozen drinks(edible ice excluded), candy, cakes,  preserved fruits, vinegar, jam, sauce and sauce products, imitation wine. When use Radish Red, dissolve the colorwith a small amount of water first, and then mix the color solution with food  materials.
