Mainly function about Spermidine and Spermidine trihydrochloridecan in research

Spermidine [N-(3-aminopropyl)-1,4-diaminobutane] is a saturated linear triamine often classed as an intermediate in the synthesis of spermine. It has molecular formula C1H19N3 and molar mass 145.25 g/mol and is a small, water-soluble, amphiphilic molecule with the ability to penetrate biological membranes. It occurs throughout many organisms, regardless of taxonomic classification.

Spermidine can bind to many different types of molecules, making them very useful. They support processes including cell growth, DNA stability, cell proliferation and apoptosis. It appears that polyamines function in a similar manner to growth factors during cell division. This is why spermidine is important for healthy tissue growth and function.

1.Anti-inflammatory properties of Spermidine for cancer and cardiovascular health

In a 2016 study, spermidine was found to reverse the aging clock and improve cardiovascular function in aged mice. At the organ level, cardiac structure and function improved in aged mice given spermidine. Metabolism was also improved in these mice due to restoration of mitochondrial structure and function after spermidine supplementation.

2. Spermidine acting as anti-aging ingredients

In terms of longevity, many animal studies have shown that taking spermidine increases lifespan and prevents liver fibrosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. The same seems to be true of polyamine-rich diets. There is also some evidence that it increases resistance to stress, and the age-related decline in spermidine supports the development of age-related disease.

3.Spermidine trihydrochloridecan reduce Cognitive Decline

Research published in the journal Cell Reports in 2021 details that dietary spermidine improves cognition and mitochondrial function in flies and mice, and provides some prospective human data.
